Affirmed

“The directors consider that the Company, in conjunction with the recent increase on 21 March 2025 in the invoice discounting facilities, has adequate financial resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of more than 12 months, from the date of signature of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024. In performing their assessment, the directors have considered the period from the balance sheet date to 31 December 2029 which satisfies the requirement to consider a period greater than 12 months from the balance sheet date. In performing these assessments, the directors have prepared cashflow forecasts to 31 December 2029 and have performed reasonable sensitivity and reverse stress testing analysis to ensure there are available facilities to meet liabilities when due. In performing these assessments, the directors did not identify any reasons to conclude that a material uncertainty existed or that the going concern basis of preparation was not appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
