“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “During 2024, the company encountered substantial challenges arising from the administration of ISG PLC, with whom we were engaged on two major contracts in Netherlands and Spain. This unexpected development had a significant financial impact.”
• “All losses related to the collapse of ISG have been recognised as a prior year error under Section 10 FRS 102. As there were material misinterpretations of facts available at the date of signing the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023. As a result of the prior year adjustment the company's profit before tax for the year ended 31 December 2023 of £1.7m is now reststed as a loss of £17.1m. Full details can be found in Note 24.”
