- AAB Group Accountants Limited
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The substantial investment in a state-of-the-art robotics cell in the second half of 2023 bore fruit in 2024, with the commencement and continuation of a major new customer order. A number of other new business wins has led to an improved outlook for the business overall and prospects remain positive looking ahead into 2025.”
- “Finally, we would like to pay tribute to the outstanding contribution of Dr Harold Ennis, a founding shareholder and former Chairman, who remained a highly valued board member until he sadly passed away on 16th February 2024.”
- “Following the year end Mr Jonathan Holmes became the ultimate controlling party of the Company.”
- “During the year ended 31 December 2024 Creative Composites Limited carried out a group reorganisation. As a result the long-term leasehold property and the plant and machinery of the company were disposed of as part of this de-merger and transferred at market value to a related entity known as Creative Properties and Investments (NI) Limited. There was a gain on disposal which has been disclosed as an exceptional item in the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
