Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis of accounting. The Directors have satisfied themselves that the Company is a going concern, having adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Directors have considered the Company's business activities and how it generates value, together with the main trends and factors likely to affect future development, business performance including liquidity and access to financing. In forming this view, the Directors made enquiries into the financial position and resources available to the Company including those provided by other Group companies and a review of the budget prepared for at least a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
