On 28 September 2025, the trade, assets and liabilities of the company were acquired by Tetra Tech Consulting Limited at book value. From this date, the risk and benefit of any trading is attributable to Tetra Tech Consulting Limited. As a result of the group reorganisation, all the company's obligations in relation to existing projects, from the 29 September 2025, are being fulfilled by Tetra Tech Consulting Limited and therefore the directors have prepared the financial statements on the basis other than that of a going concern. No material adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply the going concern basis. The company is not expected to continue trading in the future.
