“The company has net assets and net current assets at the balance sheet date. The company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through cash resources, cash inflows from operations and intercompany financing when required. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as, in the opinion of the directors, there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to enable it to continue operating for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the going concern basis continues to be adopted in preparing the financial statements.”
