“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence in the foreseeable future, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing and approving of these financial statements. The Company, and all legal entities within the Group, are party to the same banking arrangement, the Company is guarantor to the arrangement by way of a cross guarantee in favour of the lenders. The Directors have considered and reviewed, at Group level, forecast compliance with bank covenants and headroom availability during this period and do not forecast to be in breach of the covenants, or exceeding borrowing limits, at any of the test points. As such, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that there are no material uncertainties and continue to adopt the going concern assumption in the preparation of the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The Supreme Court heard an appeal concerning motor finance commission claims in April 2025. The judgment was given on 1 August 2025 and concluded that the motor dealers do not owe a fiduciary duty to customers... prospect of any successful claims against dealers for breach of fiduciary duty has been effectively eradicated (and many prospective claims from consumers against lenders may have limited prospects of success).”
- “The FCA has announced that it will consult on an industry-wide scheme to compensate motor finance customers who were treated unfairly and will publish the consultation by early October 2025.”
- “While the outcome of the FCA's consultation is pending, any financial risk to the Company is perceived to be low (particularly given that a claim for an unfair relationship can only be made against the lender).”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
