Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “Industrial output, particularly aerospace, grew significantly during 2024 which offset the anticapted reduction in PPE product output as those contracts came to an end. Profit before tax increased to £0.35m in 2024.”
• “The company has continued to invest significantly in capital equipment, training and in research and development. Capital expenditure on capacity and capability enhancing equipment was £0.9m in 2024.”
• “During the year Denroy was awarded ISO14001 (Environmental Management Systems). The Denroy Group, including Denroy Limited, will strive to deliver net zero carbon by 2030 through minimising energy usage and investing in renewable energy. This includes the installation of a solar panel system at Denroy which was commissioned during the year. This now provides 20% of Denroy's energy, the remainder being sourced through certified green energy providers.”
