“The Company has positive financial resources and has generated a profit in the current year and is expected to be profitable in the coming year. As a consequence, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage it business risks successfully. The company have no external bank loans and have an overdraft facility in place, for which the covenants are kept under review with the bank. This is expected to remain in place over at least the next 12 months. As a result, the directors are confident that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements and accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
