“The financial budgets, forecasts and projections prepared by the Company indicate that it should be able to continue to operate within the level of its current resources and the ongoing revenue and capital funding provided by the Department of Education. After making appropriate enquiries, the directors of the Company have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
