“As at 30 April 2025, the LLP had net current assets of £3,209,000 (30 April 2024: £4,302,000). The LLP is financed by Pinsent Masons Group entities via an intercompany account; amounts due to group entities per note 10 are £2,713,000 (30 April 2024: £2,013,000). Pinsent Masons LLP, the LLP's immediate parent undertaking, has provided a letter of support to continue to provide financial support and to fund any obligations of the LLP over a period of at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. Consequently, the members consider that the LLP has adequate resources to continue trading for the foreseeable future, and for this reason, the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing these financial statements.”
