“As at 31 December 2024, the Company is in a net current liability position of £85,241 (2023: £15,072). The shareholder of the parent Company has indicated that it will make funds available to the Company to enable it to meet its obligations and liabilities as they fall due to the extent the Company itself is unable to meet such obligations and liabilities in the next twelve months following the date of signing the financial statements. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
