Going concern
Affirmed

“The company is supported by cash generation from the wider group which remains profitable, and has access to sufficient cash reserves and lending facilities. It should also be noted as disclosed in note 6 that the preference shares of £17,696,736 are disclosed as a current liability on the basis that they can be redeemed on demand. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
