“These Financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has net assets of £3,222,236 including cash reserves of £3,644,444 (2023: net liabilities of £317,324 and cash reserves of £Nil) which is sufficient for the Company to continue in business or meet its liabilities as they fall due for the next 12 months and as such the Directors believe it is appropriate to prepare the Financial Statements on the going concern basis.”
