Significant events
- “On 30 June 2025, the Company's subsidiary, Tripledot Group Holdings Limited, completed the acquisition of AppLovin Corporation's portfolio of mobile game which consisted of $400.0 million in cash, subject to closing adjustments, and equity consideration representing approximately 20% of the Company's fully diluted equity at the time of closing. As the transaction completed after the reporting date, it is classified as a non-adjusting subsequent event under IAS 10. Following the acquisition, a contractual obligation was triggered at the Company level to repurchase certain Series B shares. The funding for these buybacks was provided by Tripledot Studios Limited.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
