“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. The directors have performed a going concern assessment which indicates that there will be no cash outflows expected within the next 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. There are no plans to fundamentally change the nature of the entity or cease its operations as part of the TD SYNNEX group of companies. There are no plans to liquidate the company within the next 12 months. The directors therefore consider that it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
