Affirmed

“As at 31 December 2024, the Company had total assets less current liabilities of £289,858,430 (2023: £(75,891,867)). The Company is a part of the Dext group's treasury function which is available to settle the Company's current liabilities as they arise, the directors have also prepared cashflow forecasts for the wider group for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements to ensure the Company can maintain its day-to-day services, fulfil its statutory obligations and meet future obligations to shareholders and other stakeholders. Management have also received a letter of support from the group's new owners, IRIS, albeit no such assistance is expected to be required in the period to the date of signature of these financial statements. Consequently, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis. Following this review, the directors are satisfied that, after taking into consideration the current market situation and continued uncertainty, the wider Group in which this Company is a part of has adequate resources to continue to operate and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, a period considered to be at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
