“As at the balance sheet date the company had net current assets of £377k (2023: net current assets of £411k), which are represented by cash and intercompany debtors. The company is an intermediate holding company. The only operating expenses for the company are professional fees and charges. The directors have reviewed future cash flows for 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements and, even in the most severe but plausible scenario, it could meet existing liabilities falling due by utilising cash or calling upon its receivable. The directors have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
