Affirmed

“As at the balance sheet date the company had net current assets of £377k (2023: net current assets of £411k), which are represented by cash and intercompany debtors. The company is an intermediate holding company. The only operating expenses for the company are professional fees and charges. The directors have reviewed future cash flows for 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements and, even in the most severe but plausible scenario, it could meet existing liabilities falling due by utilising cash or calling upon its receivable. The directors have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
