Affirmed

“At 30 April 2025, the Company had US$39.9 million of cash on deposit and an undrawn $10 million loan facility available from CNOOC UK Limited. These, along with the future hydrocarbon revenue from producing fields, combine to provide the Company with sufficient financial resources to demonstrate its ability to meet its future obligations and liabilities for the period of at least twelve months after the date these financial statements are signed. The Directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite the current uncertain economic outlook and accordingly, the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
