“The company made a loss for the year ended 30 April 2024 and had net liabilities at that date amounting to £905,241. At this date an amount of £2,497,213 was due to the directors who have confirmed they will not call for repayment until such time as the company has sufficient working capital. After making enquiries the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
