“Business remains profitable throughout 2024, continuing from the financial year 2023. Detailed forecasts have been used to assess the impact to revenues and the cash flow of the business, with stress tests to detail the likely cash and profit impact for differing levels of revenue movement. With this in mind, measures that can be taken to ensure the company remains within its facilitics are constantly monitored and the business has the flexibility across its global brand to respond and cut costs when necessary. The Firm's work on projects as well as design work in the UK and Internationally continues. Notwithstanding the Firm continues to win new architectural design work, collaborate as designers in multiple KPF offices around the world to service clients and attract and hire talented architects. The Firm has won new design commissions in the United Kingdom, Europe, India, Middle East and China. The Firm's project managers based in the UK meet fortnightly to discuss all current and future projects and allocate resourcing appropriately. The Board continues to increase the regularity of its review (within different committees such as the Business Continuity and Operations Committee) to operate as a going concern and concludes that the revised forecasts indicate that the Group has adequate resources, architectural backlog and cash flow to be able to operate for the foreseeable future.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
