Affirmed

“The Directors have considered the financial position, resources and revenue streams of the Group. Whilst the Group reports a net liability position of £2.4 million and expects to remain loss-making in the short term, it has cash of £10.7 million and deferred income of £8.4 million. The Group benefits from a £20 million loan facility, of which £6.1 million has been drawn down in the period, with further availability as required and not repayable within the next 12 months, refer Note 17. On this basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
