“At the balance sheet date, the company had net assets of £1,213. The directors have received confirmation from the the wider group that it will, in the event that it becomes necessary, provide the company with on going financial support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements to meet its financial liabilities as they fall due. As such, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operation existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
