“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have assessed the Group's and Company's ability to meet their obligations for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Detailed cash flow forecasts have been reviewed, which take into consideration the two factors considered most significant to the Group and Company's going concern position: the expected future dividend income arising from the investment. in Dragon LNG Group Limited; and the requirement to service interest and capital repayments on the Group's bank loan facility, while remaining compliant with covenant terms attached to this financing arrangement. Based on their review, and a formal letter of support received from the parent company (VTTI B.V.), along with consideration of the ability of the parent company to provide such support as required, the Directors are satisfied that the Company and Group will continue to operate as a going concern.”
