“The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements. The Company has made a loss during the period, however, the Directors are satisfied that there is no material uncertainty regarding the going concern of the Company as reliance can be placed on financial assistance from Hillcrest PERE Ltd, the new parent company from 30 May 2025, who has provided assurance of financial support in settling the Company's current contractual obligations falling due over the 12 months post completion of these financial statements. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
