“The directors have assessed the Company's balance sheet position and forecast cash flows at the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company is part of the Billups Group, owned by Billups LLC, which has committed to providing financial support should this be required and has sufficient funds to do so. Based on this support, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
