“Given the Company is in a net asset and net current asset position of £Nil at 29 December 2024, the Directors consider the business able to continue to meet its obligations as they fall due and remain in business for the foreseeable future. The Company has received confirmation from its ultimate parent company, Wheel Topco Limited in respect of the ability of it and the subsidiaries of the group to provide financial support as required by the Company to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
