“The Director's have considered that the Company is a holding company that incurs no liabilities (including external debt) or expenses. Based on the financial performance and forecast profitability of the Company's subsidiaries, the directors expect that sufficient funds will be available to meet the Company's funding needs as they fall due for the foreseeable future, for at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements. Adequate distributable reserves also exist at the Company's subsidiary should a funding need arise, as evidenced by the payment of a dividend to the Company during the current period.”
