“The directors have performed a going concern review that considered the Company's ability to meet its financial obligations as they fall due, for a period of at least twelve months after the date that the financial statements are signed. The directors have performed an in-depth assessment of the business and have not identified any indicators that could cast significant doubt on the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. The Company's ultimate parent company CBRE Group, Inc. has agreed to provide the necessary financial support to enable the Company to meet its commitments as they fall due and to enable the Company to continue as a going concern for 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
