“The Company, currently in a net liabilities position, is party to a Group banking facility and a cross guarantee in respect of a Group wide bank account netting arrangement. The bank facility is secured against the assets of the Company. In respect of these factors the Directors have made suitable enquiries including consideration of the liquidity position and borrowing facilities available to the Group and continued support of its ultimate parent company, taking into account the current Group cash flow forecast. The Group's profit and cash flow forecasts are subject to robust downside stress testing involving modelling the impact of plausible adverse scenarios.”
