“The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through the use of its cash reserves and rental income. The Company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance show that the Company should be able to operate within the level of its current facilities. The Company made a loss during the year amounting to £575,113, however, this is due to the unrealised gain on revaluation of the investment property. In addition, the Company has cash held on account at the end of the period amounting to £516,885 and is in a net current asset position of £719,343. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
