“The Directors are satisfied that, at the time of approving the financial statements, it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future with net current assets position of €98 million as at 31 March 2025. The Directors have reviewed the financial performance and position of the Company and have assessed the monthly cash flow forecasts through to 31 March 2027.”
