“The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements ("the going concern assessment period") and performed a going concern assessment, using a base case scenario and a severe but plausible downside scenario. The forecasts show that Company will require additional funding from its immediate parent, Balfron Tower Developments LLP ("BTD"), or the members of BTD, to meet its liabilities as they fall due during the going concern assessment period. This funding includes BTD, and it's related parties, not recalling amounts currently made available during the going concern assessment period, which at 31 December 2024 amount to £35.5 million.”
