“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue its operations for a period of at least 12 months from the date the financial statements are approved. In support of this expectation the Directors are unaware of any factors likely to affect the Company in the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt a going concern basis in preparing the Company financial statements.”
