Going concern
Affirmed

“Detailed forecasts prepared to December 2026 show the business returning to profitability and remaining cash generative, with sufficient headroom against facility covenants. The Board has also modelled downside scenarios and identified contingency actions, including further cost efficiencies, to mitigate potential market or project volatility. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The directors remain of the view that the forecast is achievable, that the available funding from trade financing will continue in place throughout the period and that the headroom within the forecast should be sufficient to enable the Company to operate and meet its liabilities as they fall due for payment throughout the period of at least 12 months from the date the financial statements are signed. On this basis the directors consider that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
