“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis on account of continuing support of its ultimate shareholders, Public Investment Fund (the "Ultimate Shareholders"). The directors have considered the financial situation of the Company including the events subsequent to the financial period end. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months form the date these financial statements are authorised for issuance. Thus, the directors have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
