“As the Company has net liabilities as at 31 March 2025 and incurred losses for the period ended the Directors have obtained a letter of support from its immediate parent, Maltha Groep BV, for a period of 12 months from the date of these financial statements. The Directors have considered the ability of Maltha Groep BV to give such support through review of its going concern position with reference to its financing, operational forecasts and financial risk assessment. After considering the above, the Directors have formed the view, at the time of approving the financial statements, that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the period of 12 months after these financial statements are approved and that the Company is a going concern.”
