“No material uncertainties that cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern have been identified by the Directors. The Company has the ability to drawdown on committed capital from its intermediary parent Legal & General Capital Investments Limited that has indicated its intention to continue to make available such funds as needed by the Company. The Company has the ability to drawdown from the related party loan and the committed capital will cover the committed costs. It is on this basis the Directors have prepared the financial statements on going concern basis, as referenced in Note 1(b).”
