“The directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis. The cash flows for the 12 month period from signing these financial statements have been prepared in tandem with those of the Hoxton Shoreditch hotel which show that the Company will be able to service its forecast cash outgoings for that period. The directors have also considered the forecast covenant compliance and have forecast no issues with its compliance with these.”
