“The Directors have considered the latest guidance on going concern issued by the Financial Reporting Council. The Company derives the majority of its income from rental payments received from tenants and has recently undertaken a comprehensive stress testing exercise, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, to assess its financial resilience. Based on this analysis, the Directors are confident in the continued receipt of income from its property assets. Furthermore, the Company has sufficient liquid resources to maintain operations for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
