“The Directors have considered the company's trading forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections for a period to 28 February 2027. The company's ability to continue operating is based on its joint venture structure and associated funding agreements. The company has in place a Shareholders Agreement with its two shareholders, Daily Mail and General Holdings Limited and News Corp UK & Ireland Limited, under which they have committed to providing their respective shares of operating expenditure and capital expenditure under the business plan. At the inception of the Joint Venture a long-term business plan was agreed. This is revisited annually as part of a robust budget process. Based on this committed financial support, including ongoing discussion with the shareholders, and the successful execution of its commercial strategy, the directors have concluded that there are no material uncertainties that cast significant doubt upon the company's ability to continue as a going concern, and accordingly, the financial statements are prepared on this basis.”
