“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. This judgement follows the Company's forecast cash flows and the Company's ability to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due. The Company also has the continuing financial support from its ultimate holding company, MGSA Private Trust for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors have concluded it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
