“In assessing whether the financial statements for the Company should be prepared on the going concern basis, the Directors have considered current market conditions and the outlook for the Company. The Company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, performance, and its financial position are set out in the Strategic Report on page 2. The Company currently has enough financial resources to sustain current operations. Funding for payments under the Emissions Reduction Purchase Agreement is provided by TotalEnergies Nature Based Solutions SAS as required, which in turn is funded by TotalEnergies SE. Consequently, the directors are satisfied that it has adequate financial resources to pay its liabilities at least for the period to 31 December 2026. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
