“The Directors are confident that the Company has adequate resources to continue its operational existence for the foreseeable future, supported by strong underlying revenue development and the financial backing of its Parent Company. In addition to ongoing operational support, the Group has received a formal letter of support from a Group entity, confirming its commitment to provide financial assistance for a period of at least 15 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, should it not be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
