“At 31 December 2024, the Company recorded a loss for the period of US$22,805 with resulting net liabilities of US$22,678, which is in line with the director's expectations given the entity is in its early stages of operations. The Company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on continued support of its ultimate parent company- Bytedance Ltd. In this regard, the Company has received confirmation from its parent indicating that it will continue to fund its future operations so that it can discharge its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
