“At 31 December 2024 the company had net liabilities of £34,392 (30 June 2024: £47,631) and net current assets of £3,399,966 (30 June 2024: £1,176,702). On the basis of their review, and in addition the support made available by the ultimate parent Ameresco Inc, the directors have concluded that the company will have access to sufficient liquidity to fund its operations for at least 12 months from the approval date of these financial statements, accordingly, the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements is reasonable and no material uncertainty exists.”
