“Notwithstanding net current liabilities of €98,140k as at 30 June 2024 and a loss for the period from 31 May 2023 to 30 June 2024 of 5,890k the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate. The Company is dependent for its working capital on funds provided to it by Lendlease Europe Holdings Limited "LLEH" the Company's ultimate UK parent entity. LLEH has indicated its intention to continue to make available financial support for at least twelve months from the signing date of these financial statements, to enable the Company to trade, and not to call for settlement of amounts owing to LLEH where to do so would place the Company in an insolvent position.”
