“The directors have defined the going concern period as the 12-month period commencing from the date of approval of these financial statements. The company is part of a larger Group which manages cash resources on a group wide basis. As such the Company, has confirmed in writing with the parent company NSK Steering & Control, Inc that it will support the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due throughout the going concern period.”
