“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Directors have reasonable confidence that the Company will be able to face the liquidity needs as the net current assets in the balance sheet is £107,020. Subsequent to the date of the financial statements, MassMutual Ventures ("MMV") entered into an agreement with a third party to provide consulting services for MMV's Europe and Asia-Pacific funds. Although the Company is not a party to that agreement, this development will have an impact on the Company's operations; however, it does not impair the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. There is no present intention to liquidate the Company within the next twelve months, however, management reserves the right to revisit this assessment based on future developments, market conditions, or strategic considerations. In addition, the Company benefits from the support of its parent entity, MassMutual Ventures SEA Management Private Limited, to assist in meeting the liabilities as and when they fall due.”
