“The Company has received an undertaking from the Company's ultimate parent undertaking, Tribal Group plc, to provide such financial assistance that is needed so that the Company can continue to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of these financial statements. In assessing the Company's going concern position the Directors have considered all relevant facts, latest forecasts, an assessment of the risks faced by the Company and the wider Tribal Group, and considered potential changes in trading performance. In addition, management have sufficiently stress tested the latest Group forecasts to the point where either the Group cannot meet its liabilities or is in breach of banking covenants and have concluded that this position is highly unlikely. Accordingly, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
